Terms & Conditions for Registration

1. Accurate Information: Participants must ensure all registration details are filled in accurately and truthfully. Incomplete or incorrect forms may lead to disqualification.
2. Individual Registration: Each participant must fill out a separate registration form. Group or bulk registrations are not permitted.
3. Unique Registration ID & Payment: Upon form submission, a Unique Registration ID will be generated. This ID must be quoted while making payment at: Abhay Prashal Office, Race Course Road, Indore.
4. Confirmation of Entry: Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. No spot or provisional registrations will be entertained.
5. Registration Charges (Inclusive of Practice & Garba Participation):
   • Participants: ₹3500/₹4500 per person (as per batch selection).
   • Kids (Up to 10 years of age): ₹1,500 per child.
6. Mandatory Document Uploads:
   • A clear passport-sized photograph with a plain background is compulsory.
   • A valid Aadhaar Card showing Date of Birth and Address must be uploaded for verification.
7. Non-Cancellable / Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable: Once registered, entries cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances. Batch once selected cannot be changed in any circumstances.
8. Dress Code for Garba Nights (All 10 Days of Navratri):
   • Only Traditional Indian attire is allowed.
   • Male Participants: Kurta-Pyjama / Dhoti-Kurta / Kediyu
   • Female Participants: Lehenga / Saree
   • Strictly Not Allowed:
     • Punjabi Suits
     • Western Outfits
     • Any attire that is vulgar, revealing, or inappropriate as per social norms.
   • Entry may be denied to those violating the dress code without refund or explanation.
9. Entry Pass & Identity Verification:
   • Participants must carry their Unique Registration ID, Photo ID, and Entry Pass during Practice & Garba days.
   • Entry will be allowed only to registered participants.
10. Security & Safety Measures:
    • Security checks will be conducted at the venue. Participants are expected to cooperate.
    • Outside food, sharp objects, flammable items, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
    • Any participant found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately disqualified / terminated and removed from the venue.
11. Photography & Media Consent: The event will be photographed and recorded. By registering, participants grant the organizers permission to use their images/videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
12. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants must maintain decorum, discipline, and respectful behaviour throughout the event.
    • Any act of misconduct, misbehaviour, or harassment (verbal or physical) will lead to immediate disqualification / termination and may attract legal action.
13. Parking & Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage of any vehicles or personal belongings.
14. Health & Medical Emergencies:
    • Basic first-aid support will be available at the venue. Participants with medical conditions are advised to take necessary precautions.
    • The organizing committee will not be liable for any medical issues arising during the event.
15. Right to Modify: The Mandal reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, schedules, batches, or event structure at any time, without prior notice.
16. Final Authority: The decision of the Mandal will be final and binding in all matters related to registration, participation, discipline, and dispute resolution.
